At IRÉ, every product is created with care, intention, and your journey in mind. We are committed to supporting you, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
Returns
Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- It must be in its original, resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 working days for processing

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Results & Product Use
Our products are designed to support your hair restoration journey with consistent use.
As every individual’s journey is different, results may vary. Many customers begin to notice changes over time with regular and correct use.
We encourage consistent use over a period of time to experience the full benefits of the products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will review this and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped and a confirmation email with tracking has been sent, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Multiple Orders
Once an order is placed, it is processed individually and cannot be combined with other orders.
If needed, orders must be cancelled before processing and placed again as a single order.
International Orders
For international returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Any customs duties or fees are non-refundable
